Everyone is different. Some people notice they feel less tired, or that digestion settles, within the first few weeks. From the research, creatine builds up over three to four weeks, and others, hyaluronic acid among them, take a few months. The foundations - bone, muscle and cellular ageing - are a long game measured over months and years. Liv100 is made to be taken every day, for the years ahead.
Start with one scoop for the first few days and build up to two over the first week or so. Liv100 is a full daily dose, and the fibre, live cultures, creatine, magnesium, and other active ingredients, will likely take some time to get used to. Liv100 contains no phytoestrogens and no hormone-active botanicals, so there is nothing in it designed to interfere with HRT. Its lecithin is from sunflower, not soy. Directions and warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of two scoops (22 g). Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, and reseal after use.
Contains vitamin A, pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) and nicotinamide riboside. This food supplement should be consumed by adults only, excluding pregnant and lactating women. Not suitable if you are likely to become pregnant. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have kidney disease, are under medical supervision, are scheduled for surgery or are taking any medication, including anticoagulants such as warfarin, as Liv100 contains vitamin K. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.

Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, folate, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, copper, manganese and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, pantothenic acid, folate, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
